I need to start collecting data. I am thinking about actually having four ARP cycles now! One for Inspiration users, one for Blackboard support staff, one for online application users, and one for Blackboard Instructor trainees. I may hold off on the cycle for online application users because of technical issues. Maybe I should focus on one ARP cycle.

I propably won't start an ARP cycle for Inspiration users. Instead, I will start an ARP cycle for users of our online applications (user training) and for staff members that will help support our learning management system. This ARP is about connecting people and building relationships. After my ARP is complete, the NEED for face-to-face in-service should dissapear.

It looks like I can add one more ARP cycle to my total project. I plan to have an ARP cycle for Inspiration users, users of our Undergrad web application, and Blackboard system support staff.

Everything is going well with my ARP so far. I am planning to have a two cycle ARP. I plan to build a CoP of Blackboard System Supporters and a CoP of Inspiration users. I probably won't have a CoP of web content managers.

I am about to call on of our Blackboard system support staff and talk to her about training other to be support staff. I want to create a CoP for Blackbord system support staff.

I had a really great time at FETC. It was nice to see my classmates again. It appears that I will have to wait to trin the people that I want to train as part of my ARP. Lack of resources has also delayed the induction of CoP members. One of my potential trainers has requested additional compensation for services. These are things that I would like to work out ASAP.
